Đèn Về Bến / Privacy

The game sends no data
off your iPhone

No account, no ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking. Everything the game saves stays on your iPhone.

Effective date: 18 October 2026

In short: The App Store version of the game does not send, share or sell any data. It has no account, no ads, no ads SDK, no third-party analytics and no tracking. The game writes a play log to a file that stays on your iPhone. Only the TestFlight (beta) version has a button to send a playtest log, and the file leaves the iPhone only when the tester sends it.

1. Scope

This policy covers the iPhone game Đèn Về Bến, both the App Store version and the TestFlight beta version, and the related support pages run by Yangopen (“we”).

2. What the game saves on your iPhone

To work, the game keeps three things in its own private storage on your device:

  • Your progress: unlocked levels and stars, Lotus Petals, helpers, lives, the daily gift and your Relight the Riverside progress.
  • Your settings: sound, haptics and the other options in the game.
  • A play log: a file of play events: a level started, won or lost; a helper used; the price in Lotus Petals; the pack ID; Apple's transaction ID when a purchase succeeds; and the time in UTC.

These files contain no name, no e-mail address and no device identifier.

3. What leaves your iPhone

The App Store version does not send your progress, your settings, the play log or anything else to us or to anyone else. It contains no ads SDK, no third-party analytics and no tracking. The game plays offline; it uses the network only for the in-game shop, and Apple processes the purchases. The planned App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.

4. The TestFlight beta version

The beta version has one more button: “Send playtest log”. The log file from section 2 leaves the iPhone only when the tester taps that button and chooses where to send it in the iOS share sheet. The file contains no name, e-mail address or device identifier, but if you send it by e-mail we also receive your e-mail address (see section 10). We use a log we receive only to fix problems and balance the difficulty of the game, and we do not pass it on to anyone else. TestFlight is an Apple service: Apple handles testers' data under its own policies, and it may show us crash reports and feedback that testers send through TestFlight.

5. Permissions

The game does not ask for your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications, and it does not ask for permission to track you.

6. Backups made by your iPhone

If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, or transfer your data to a new iPhone, that backup may include the game's progress, settings and play log, as it does for other apps. The backup is yours and is handled by Apple. We cannot access it.

7. In-app purchases

In-app purchases are optional and are handled by Apple under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your name, your e-mail address or your payment details. Apple's transaction ID is written to the play log on your iPhone (section 2) and does not leave the device, unless a TestFlight tester sends the file (section 4). Apple shows developers only totals, such as the number of purchases per country. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may also show us anonymous crash and usage statistics. They do not identify you, and you can switch this off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.

8. Deleting your data

  • To erase everything the game saves (progress, Lotus Petals, settings and the play log), delete the game from your iPhone. This cannot be undone, and unused Lotus Petals are lost.

We hold no data about you, except e-mails you send us and log files that testers send us. To have them deleted, write to us.

9. Children's privacy

The game is made for teens and adults (13+) and is not directed at children. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no chat and no ads.

10. If you write to us

If you send an e-mail to [email protected], we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use them only to answer you. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your message on to anyone else. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.

11. Changes and contact

If a later version of the game handles data differently, we will update this page and the effective date above no later than the release of that version. Send questions about privacy to [email protected].
