1. Scope and acceptance
Đèn Về Bến is a puzzle game for iPhone. When you download or play it, or buy something in it, you agree to these terms, to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and to the Apple Media Services terms.
2. Free, with optional purchases
The game is free to download and has no ads. In-app purchases are optional. All packs are consumable: Lotus Petals packs, a Starter Pack, and a Rescue Pack that can appear on the lose screen. The game has no loot boxes and no random paid rewards. The daily gift is free and follows a fixed 7-day cycle. Apple shows the local price and handles payment and refunds.
3. Lotus Petals
Lotus Petals are the in-game currency. They work only in this game, they do not expire and they cannot be exchanged for real money.
4. Progress and purchases stay on your iPhone
Your progress, Lotus Petals and helpers are saved only on your iPhone. There is no account and no online save. Deleting the game deletes your progress and all unused Lotus Petals. Packs are consumable, so neither Yangopen nor Apple can restore them. A backup of your iPhone may contain the game's data (see the privacy policy, section 6).
5. Age
The game is made for teens and adults (13+) and is not directed at children.
6. The TestFlight beta version
A beta version can contain errors and can differ from the released version. In a beta version, in-app purchases use Apple's test environment and no real money is charged.
7. Availability and updates
The game is not available on the App Store in Vietnam. Content, levels, difficulty, packs and supported devices can change when the game is updated. Yangopen can change or stop a feature when necessary to fix problems, balance the game or stay compatible with iOS.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its art, sound, code and product name belong to Yangopen or its licensors. The game uses the fonts Baloo 2 and Be Vietnam Pro under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The App Store license lets you play the game; it does not let you copy, reverse engineer, resell or distribute it without permission, except where the law allows it.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent the law permits, the game is provided as it is. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
