1. Scope and acceptance
Lantern of Văn Lang is an action game for iPhone. When you download, buy or play it, you agree to these terms, to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and to the Apple Media Services terms.
2. One purchase
The game is sold once on the App Store. It has no in-app purchases, no ads and no subscription. Apple shows the local price and handles payment, refunds and downloads.
3. Progress stays on your iPhone
Your progress and settings are saved only on your iPhone. There is no account and no online save, so Yangopen cannot restore or move your progress. Deleting the game deletes its progress. Settings > Reset Progress erases your progress and cannot be undone.
4. Game content
The game is a work of fiction inspired by Vietnamese legends. It shows cartoon fantasy fights with spirits, with no blood. Its characters, bosses and events do not describe real people or real events.
5. Bright light
The Flare makes the screen very bright for a moment. If you are sensitive to flashing light, ask a doctor before you play, and stop playing if you feel unwell.
6. Availability and updates
Content, difficulty and supported devices can change when the game is updated. Yangopen can change or stop a feature when necessary to fix problems, balance the game or stay compatible with iOS.
7. Intellectual property
The game, its art, sound, music, code and product name belong to Yangopen. The Noto Sans CJK font (© 2014-2021 Adobe) is used for Korean under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The App Store license lets you play the game; it does not let you copy, reverse engineer, resell or distribute it without permission, except where the law allows it.
8. Limits of liability
To the extent the law permits, the game is provided as it is. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
