When night falls, your lantern is all you have.
Lantern of Văn Lang is a one-thumb action roguelite set in the myths of ancient Vietnam. You are a descendant of Lạc Long Quân, the Dragon Lord, carrying a sacred lantern across the land of Văn Lang to defeat the three demons of legend: Mộc Tinh, Ngư Tinh and Hồ Tinh.
- Night hides everything beyond your lantern. Spirits in the dark show only as pairs of glowing eyes.
- Your weapons aim only as far as your light reaches. Kills at night give double experience.
- Light roadside shrines to earn a blessing and a pool of light that never goes out.
- Unleash the Flare to flood the screen with light, stunning and burning the spirits.
- Drag anywhere to move; your weapons attack on their own. At every level-up, choose 1 of 3 upgrades.
- 3 bosses, 4 stages, 9 weapons, 8 passive items, 4 evolutions, 10 kinds of spirits and 3 heroes.
