1. Licence
Your use of Dharma Mala is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application EULA and these terms. Where they differ, Apple's EULA prevails for matters it covers.
2. Premium (one-time purchase)
- Premium is a single in-app purchase, paid once to your Apple Account when you confirm. It is not a subscription and never renews or charges again.
- The price is shown in the app before purchase. Premium stays unlocked on every device signed in to the same Apple Account (use “Restore Purchases”).
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
- The free version keeps your practices and data; Premium adds features on top.
3. Library content
Documents, videos and meeting links you add stay on your device (and in your iCloud if you enable sync). Only add material you are permitted to keep, and respect any restrictions your teacher places on texts and recordings.
4. Calendar and religious content
Tibetan dates are calculated with the Phugpa system and checked against published calendars, but traditions and monasteries may observe days differently. Preset mantras follow commonly published versions. Almanac guidance (haircuts, prayer flags, travel directions and similar) is traditional advice from the sources credited in Settings → About → Licences; local customs vary and it is not medical or professional advice. Many Vajrayana practices require empowerment, transmission and guidance from a qualified teacher; the app does not confer any of these.
5. Your data
You are responsible for keeping backups of your data. See the Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to store or share unlawful content.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Yangopen is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost practice records not backed up.
