Effective date: 19 October 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
Snip & Splash is a puzzle game for iPhone. Yang Yang HOANG LE, an individual developer in Vietnam who runs Yangopen, publishes it on the App Store. When you download or play the game, or buy the Full Game, you agree to these terms, to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and to the Apple Media Services terms.
2. Free to start, one purchase
The game is free to download and has no ads. Worlds 1 and 2 (40 levels) are free. One non-consumable in-app purchase, “Full Game”, unlocks Worlds 3, 4 and 5 (60 levels). You pay once; there is no subscription. Apple shows the price for your country before you buy, and Apple handles payment and refunds. A question for grown-ups comes before any payment.
3. Opening the worlds
A world opens when you clear 15 levels in the world before it. Worlds 3, 4 and 5 also need the Full Game.
4. Restoring the purchase
The Full Game is linked to your Apple Account. On a new iPhone, or after you install the game again, tap Restore purchases on the unlock screen or in Settings. Restoring needs an internet connection.
5. Progress stays on your iPhone
Your progress and settings are saved only on your iPhone. There is no account and no online save. Deleting the game, or Reset progress in Settings, erases your progress. Your purchase is kept. A backup of your iPhone may contain the game's data (see the privacy policy, section 6).
6. Age
The game is made for kids and grown-ups. Any payment is behind a question for grown-ups.
7. Availability and updates
The game is not available on the App Store in Vietnam. Levels, difficulty and supported devices can change when the game is updated. Yangopen can change or stop a feature when necessary to fix problems or stay compatible with iOS.
8. Intellectual property
The game, its art, sound, code and product name belong to Yangopen or its licensors. The App Store license lets you play the game; it does not let you copy, reverse engineer, resell or distribute it without permission, except where the law allows it.
9. Limits of liability
To the extent the law permits, the game is provided as it is. These terms do not limit your rights under consumer protection law.
