Effective date: 19 October 2026
1. Scope
This policy covers the iPhone game Snip & Splash (App Store name “Snip & Splash: Rope Puzzle”) and its support pages on yangopen.com. Yang Yang HOANG LE, an individual developer in Vietnam who runs Yangopen (“we”), publishes the game on the App Store.
2. Data we collect
None. The game does not send any data to us or to anyone else, and it does not store data on a server. It contains no ads SDK, no third-party analytics and no tracking. The planned App Store privacy label is “Data Not Collected”.
3. What the game saves on your iPhone
To work, the game keeps two things in its own private storage on your device:
- Your progress: stars, unlocked levels and the last level you played.
- Your settings: sound, vibration and language.
This data does not leave your iPhone. It contains no name, no e-mail address and no device identifier.
4. The in-app purchase
Worlds 3–5 open with one in-app purchase, “Full Game”. Apple handles the payment through your Apple Account, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive your name, your e-mail address or your payment details. The game only asks Apple's StoreKit on your iPhone if the purchase was made. A question for grown-ups comes before any purchase. Apple shows developers only totals, such as the number of purchases for each country. If you chose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone's settings, Apple may also show us anonymous crash and usage statistics. They do not identify you, and you can switch this off under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
5. Internet and permissions
The game plays fully offline. It connects only to Apple's App Store, to show the price of the Full Game and to buy or restore it. The game does not ask for your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location or notifications, and it does not ask for permission to track you.
6. Backups made by your iPhone
If you back up your iPhone to iCloud or to a computer, or transfer your data to a new iPhone, that backup may include the game's progress and settings, as it does for other apps. The backup is yours and is handled by Apple. We cannot access it.
7. Deleting your data
- To erase your progress, open Settings in the game and tap Reset progress. This cannot be undone. Your purchase is kept.
- To erase everything the game saves, delete the game from your iPhone. To get the Full Game back after you install the game again, tap Restore purchases.
We hold no data about you, except e-mails you send us. To have them deleted, write to us.
8. Children's privacy
The game is made for kids and grown-ups. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. It has no ads and no chat, and any payment is behind a question for grown-ups.
9. If you write to us
If you send an e-mail to [email protected], we receive your e-mail address and whatever you write. We use them only to answer you. We do not add you to any mailing list and we do not pass your message on to anyone else. You can ask us to delete your messages at any time.
10. Changes and contact
If a later version of the game handles data differently, we will update this page and the effective date above no later than the release of that version. Send questions about privacy to [email protected].
