- Always include: iPhone model, iOS version, Quipline version and build number (TestFlight shows both), and the steps you took.
- Generation issue: which mode (paste, screenshot, draft), which language, and what the status message said. Do not send your conversation text.
- Screenshot reading issue: which messaging app the screenshot came from and which bubbles were misread. Send the redacted screenshot.
- Keyboard issue: which app you were typing in and if Full Access was on.
Short answers
Why does the keyboard ask for Full Access?
Paste, screenshot import and reply generation must use the pasteboard and network. The basic Type mode works without Full Access. If you decline it, the keyboard continues to type letters. For digits, punctuation or accents, switch to your usual keyboard.
What is sent when I generate?
The text you selected (the reviewed conversation, your draft or the situation you wrote) and your reply settings go to the Quipline service over HTTPS. The screenshot image does not. The service passes the text to a third-party AI provider to write your reply options. After it responds, Quipline's server does not keep conversation content or generated replies. Details on the privacy page.
How do I delete my data?
In the app: Settings → Data & Privacy → Delete saved data, then confirm. It removes your history, saved replies and the chat in use from the device. Keyboard setup, appearance, language and reply style stay.
Which languages can it reply in?
Vietnamese, English and Simplified Chinese, including mixed-language conversations. The interface uses the language you select: Vietnamese, English or Simplified Chinese.
Why is a reply slow or unavailable?
The beta service has daily limits. It can be slow or briefly down. If it fails, wait a moment and tap retry. If the problem repeats, send us the status message.
