1. Scope and acceptance
ChillPenny is an iPhone app published on the App Store by Yang Yang HOANG LE, an individual developer in Vietnam who runs Yangopen. By downloading or using the app, or buying ChillPenny Pro, you agree to these terms, to Apple's standard End User License Agreement and to the Apple Media Services terms.
2. What the app does
ChillPenny is a tool for planning outings, estimating spending and splitting bills. The app does not sell tickets, does not book places, and does not hold or move your money. A VietQR code is only a code that lets someone else make a transfer through their own bank.
3. Prices and times are estimates
Prices in the app are estimated from the kind of place, or from what you logged on the device. They are not the venue's own prices, and real prices can differ. Travel times come from Apple Maps. Place details can be missing, wrong or out of date. Check them before you go.
4. Splitting and VietQR
A split is a calculation from the numbers you enter. Check the account number and the amount before you send a code to anyone. Transfers happen between banks, outside the app; we do not process them.
5. ChillPenny Pro
The app is free to download and has no ads. ChillPenny Pro is a one-time in-app purchase; it does not renew and nothing is charged again. Pro unlocks PDF itineraries, Excel spending sheets, iCloud sync and the Upcoming Plan widget. Everything that is free stays free. Apple shows the price for your country before you buy, and Apple handles payment and refunds. On another device with the same Apple Account, tap Restore Purchases.
6. Your data
Your plans and spending records are yours. They are stored on your device, and in your own iCloud if you turn on iCloud sync. Deleting the app or tapping Delete All Data removes them (see the privacy policy, section 11).
7. Use the app safely
Do not use the app while driving. Follow traffic laws and the rules of the places you visit. You are responsible for your own travel and safety.
8. Availability and updates
Features, outside services (Apple Maps, img.vietqr.io, open.er-api.com) and supported devices may change as the app is updated. Yangopen may change or stop a feature when needed to fix problems or stay compatible with iOS.
9. Intellectual property
The app, its images, source code and product name belong to Yangopen or its licensors. Map data belongs to Apple and Apple's providers. The App Store licence lets you use the app; it does not let you copy, reverse-engineer, resell or distribute it without permission, except where the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
