Frequently asked questions
Not answered here? Ask Yangopen
Is my PDF uploaded?
No. The pages are drawn in your browser, on your own device. The page sends no file anywhere.
JPG or PNG?
JPG makes smaller files and suits pages with photos. PNG keeps text and lines sharpest and makes larger files.
Which resolution should I choose?
72 dpi for a quick look on screen, 150 dpi to share and read, 300 dpi to print. A very large page is drawn a little smaller so the browser can hold it, and the page tells you when that happens.
Can I save only some pages?
Yes. All pages are chosen when the file opens; tap a page to leave it out. One page downloads as a picture, more pages as one ZIP.
Can it open a password-protected PDF?
No. Open the file with its password in a PDF reader, print it to PDF, and add the new file.
